We are members of the National Federation of Roofing Contractors. SMA Roofing has been a registered member for twenty years of the NFRC, which is an independent body of professional contractors and advisors specially formed to ensure and protect customers' rights by continually assessing their members.

Guarantees

As manufacturers' approved contractors we offer insurance-backed guarantees for 15-20 years with supervision of works carried out by the manufacturers for top range felt specifications. In addition SMA have an insurance-backed triple guarantee for workmanship, materials and insolvency for 15 years.

Insurances

SMA Roofing has a full current Public Liability Insurance covering all relevant roofing associated clauses and client assurances, e.g. hot works permit.

Health & Safety

SMA Roofing regards Health & Safety as of paramount importance; enabling us to ensure our employees' and our clients' well-being during the execution of all works undertaken. We are registered members of The Safety Services Group whose safety advisors are available at all times if needed. All our men have attended a current Health & Safety course and have the relevant certificates. Most employees have industry CSCS Cards, providing proof and reassurance of their specialist skill levels and awareness of safety.

References and Approved Clients

SMA Roofing caters to both domestic and commercial projects either small or large. Our clients include Devon and Cornwall County Councils,  Plymouth City Council, Torbay Council, Homeserve Claims, Elyo, Kier Western. References are available upon request.
